RelayBoard field note

How RelayBoard pricing works

A guide to RelayBoard’s three public plans, billing intervals, seat quantities, and where current prices come from.

RelayBoard has three public plans: Starter, Business, and Pro. Each combines a base price with a per-employee price. The pricing page reads current amounts and plan features from the same billing configuration used by signup and billing workflows.

Monthly and annual billing

Each plan can be billed monthly or annually. The configured annual base and employee prices are each equal to ten months of their corresponding monthly rate.

Plan boundaries

Starter contains the core workspace. Business adds capabilities including external calendar push-out connections, audit history, advanced team management, and workspace branding. Pro adds configurable manager and employee permissions, reporting, scoped API keys for documented task/announcement/meeting reads and writes plus member reads, signed outbound webhooks for API mutations, and an SSO/SAML setup flow.

The complete capability map labels each group with the lowest public plan grouping that includes it. Because prices and entitlements can change, those canonical product surfaces—not a copied number in an article—are authoritative.
