01

Business agreement

These Terms of Service govern business use of RelayBoard. The person creating a workspace confirms that they are authorized to bind that business and accepts the current Terms and Refund Policy while acknowledging the Privacy Policy.

RelayBoard is not offered for personal, family, or household use. Workspace members who are not authorized representatives use the service through the business that invited them.

02

Service description

RelayBoard is a workspace management platform for small teams. It enables management of tasks, announcements, meetings, and team communication. Features, functionality, and availability may change as the service develops.

03

Authority and responsibility

The representative creating a workspace must have legal authority to enter these terms for the business. RelayBoard does not establish a separate minimum age; every user must be legally able to perform their role under the law that applies to them.

The business is responsible for activity through its workspace, while each member is responsible for protecting access to their authentication methods. Workspace administrators control invitations and workspace roles.

04

Subscription and billing

RelayBoard uses subscriptions with a plan base fee plus a billed-seat fee and monthly or annual billing. A billed seat is an active workspace member under the definition shown on the pricing page. Current plan prices and included capabilities appear there. Paddle provides checkout and billing processing. Subscriptions renew for the selected interval unless canceled.

Members with the effective billing permission can manage billing from settings. Plan and interval changes show a Paddle preview before confirmation; RelayBoard does not independently calculate or promise tax, credit, or proration. An ordinary subscription cancellation is scheduled for the next billing period; the workspace remains active through the paid period subject to its billing state. Administrator-requested workspace deletion is a separate action and cancels non-terminal subscriptions immediately as part of the deletion job.

Failed or unresolved payment may restrict workspace access. Refund requests and any rights under applicable law are described in the Refund Policy.

05

Acceptable use

You agree not to use RelayBoard for an illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purpose, including:

  • Violating applicable laws or regulations
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing users
  • Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempting unauthorized access to RelayBoard systems
  • Reselling or redistributing RelayBoard as a service
  • Scraping or bulk exporting data without permission

06

Workspace data

You keep the rights you have in content submitted to a workspace. You authorize RelayBoard and its configured service providers to process that content as needed to operate, secure, support, export, and delete the service.

Workspace administrators can export workspace business data. Export files include member and workspace activity and should be stored and shared carefully.

07

Service availability

Features and availability may change, and maintenance or faults may interrupt access. RelayBoard does not publish a service-level or response-time commitment. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

08

Cancellation, restriction, and deletion

You may stop renewal by canceling the subscription. Access may be limited for unresolved billing, misuse, or a material violation of these terms.

Cancellation does not delete workspace data. A workspace administrator can separately request queued deletion, which attempts billing and WorkOS identity cleanup before the local workspace is deleted. Provider-managed records may remain subject to provider terms or applicable obligations.

09

Changes to these terms

Each published revision has a version and effective date. RelayBoard may require affirmative acceptance of a revised business contract before a representative creates or continues paid service. Notice will be provided when required by applicable law.

10

Applicable law and contact

These terms do not select a governing jurisdiction, exclusive forum, arbitration process, liability cap, indemnity, or contractual warranty disclaimer. Applicable law controls those matters and any rights or liabilities that cannot be changed by contract.
