Notifications and digests

Use in-app notifications and category preferences, plus a scheduled daily email summary based on the workspace’s local hour.

    Review in-app signals

    Task, announcement, meeting, comment, and mention activity can create notifications when the member and event are eligible.

    Set category preferences

    Task, announcement, and meeting notification categories are on by default and can be turned off per category.

    Use the daily digest as a review aid

    Each workspace picks the local hour its daily digest email goes out (8:00 AM by default), listing tasks due today, recent announcements, and upcoming meetings.
