    Calculate the workspace total

    Each plan combines its listed base price with a per-billed-seat price. Plan, interval, and the entered team-size estimate continue through signup; the final Paddle quantity uses active members.

    Manage billing with permission

    Only a member with billing-management permission can start checkout or manage the subscription. Paddle renders checkout and processes payment details. Plan or interval changes show a fresh Paddle preview before confirmation, and RelayBoard updates access after Paddle confirms the change.

  3. 03

    Cancel without deleting the workspace

    Self-service subscription cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period. Workspace deletion is a separate administrator action.
