Workspace export and deletion

Download a bounded business-data snapshot or separately request queued workspace deletion and provider cleanup.

Workspace administrators

    Export before a major change

    Administrators can download a versioned JSON snapshot of company-scoped business data. Secrets, credentials, access codes, and billing provider identifiers are excluded.

  2. 02

    Treat deletion as separate from cancellation

    Canceling a subscription does not delete workspace data. Workspace deletion must be requested from the administration danger zone.

  3. 03

    Allow the cleanup job to finish

    Deletion can take time while subscriptions are canceled and workspace data is removed. Accounts that still belong to another workspace are preserved.
